We train every Sunday morning from September through to May. We have players from a number of local areas so you don't have to live in Upminster to join in the fun!

Weekly training is provided by Old Cooperians R.F.C. volunteers who have undertaken enhanced DBS checks and are ‘IRB Rugby Ready’ qualified coaches who subscribes to ‘Quilter Kids First Rugby’; an approach to mini rugby created by England Rugby Union played by like minded clubs across the country. Its focus is on the ‘mini player’ and using this ethos, we help each child get to grips with the game at their own pace, making sure they have plenty of fun whilst playing.
